My Story
My journey has been one of profound transformation, driven by a passion for supporting individuals and couples who navigate the complexities of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). With a Doctoral degree in Ministry, I see my work as both a scholarly pursuit and a spiritual calling, deeply rooted in fostering healing and gratitude.

My understanding of trauma's impact on individuals and relationships began with personal experience. As a spouse of a PTSD survivor, I faced firsthand the challenges that come with this condition. This fueled my passion for creating resources that offer practical guidance and emotional support. My books, including "Daily Reflections: Navigating PTSD Together With Gratitude" and "Healing Gratitude: Navigating PTSD Together," are designed to be daily companions for those affected by PTSD, providing insights and exercises to foster personal growth and resilience.

I firmly believe in the power of gratitude to transform lives. Gratitude, for me, is a transformative emotion that helps individuals cope with trauma and its effects. My books are interactive, encouraging readers to reflect on their experiences and engage in mindful practices that enhance their understanding and appreciation of life. My work extends beyond writing. I am a passionate speaker and advocate, sharing insights on the importance of gratitude and the impact of trauma on mental health. My presentations blend heartfelt narratives with practical advice, inspiring audiences to embrace gratitude as a tool for healing and growth.

As a strategic advisor at a state psychiatric hospital in the Pacific Northwest, I have dedicated my life to mental health advocacy and spiritual care.
